Nella sua vita ha fatto un po’ di tutto: competizioni di reining, team penning ed ha partecipato addirittura a delle rievocazioni della Guerra Civile!!
È famoso inoltre per le sue performance acrobatiche e questo lo rende una leggenda vivente.
Diedre Wilkin, il suo proprietario, dichiara che Chief è il cavallo più dolce del mondo e che farebbe qualsiasi cosa per lui.
Un dolce vecchietto quindi che quest’anno ha festeggiato in modo speciale, con tanto di corona in testa e circondato dall’amore e dall’affetto dei suoi amici umani.
