Best of Botswana: Tuli Reserve & Okavango Delta

This adventure stars at Limpopo’s Valley, here there is the real Africa, a land sometimes rich and sometimes ruthless, with its poor water holes, which become the only glimmer of survival for all the animals of savannah. A land dotted by a bristly and thorny vegetation, that gives shelter and food to its inhabitants who struggle every day for their lives.

Limpopo’s valley takes name by the omonymum river which across it. It borns in South Africa and it empties near Xai-Xai’s Port in Mozambico. Its water has a slow and sandy course, so Limpopo river is mostly dry but it can reveals unexpected surprises during rainy season, when everything is reborn and creates a completely new landscape, dotted by a myriad of flowers.

Okavango River flows in the second-largest delta in the world, creating an unique enviroment. A concentration of incredible fauna, attracted by the amount of water; here, the colours fill the pools of water at the sunset: the last true wild place in Africa. Exploring it on horseback is a privilege: you will gallop through boundless fields, and you will meet buffaloes and elephants up close; every day is different and unique… an adventure that will always remain in your hearts.
