A beautiful trek immersed in the lush nature of Tsylos Provincial Park, in the province of British Columbia, Canada. A total detachment from civilization: sleeping in a tent under the stars, no road or telephone, only the unspoiled nature and the incredible view that surrounds the mountains. You will begin your journey with a breathtaking flight over the Coast Mountains and their glacier, to land on the private airstrip beside Lake Chilko. It will be an all-round adventure, the food and the necessary equipment will be transported by horses and the weather conditions will determine day by day which route to take to discover this majestic territory inhabited by the traditional Chilcotin Tribes for generations.

Appointment at 8:50 am for the charter flight check-in (South Terminal in Vancouver) for transfer by 12-seat aircraft to Lake Chilko. We will fly over the magnificent glaciers of the Coastal Mountains until we land at the private airstrip, where Karen, the owner of the ranch, will welcome us. After having lunch and an explanation of the trek, we will have the opportunity to get to know our horses with a couple of hours out. Dinner and overnight in a tented camp adjacent to the ranch.
Beginning of the itinerant trekking. If the weather conditions are good we will ride for 6 whole days in unspoiled nature. We will go to what is called La Valle delle Capre, a wild and absolutely beautiful area. We will camp for the night near Moose Lagoon.
In the following days we will wander among the peaks of the mountains, the wonderful view of the glaciers will alternate with dense coniferous forests. The nights in the bivouac will be a unique experience, a total peace away from any sign of civilization. A good bonfire and many stories to tell around the fire. There will be time for relaxation, wildlife viewing, and great photos.
If the whole group wants, on the last evening they can go to the lodge instead of in the tent.

After having breakfast, transfer to Vancouver airport. We do not recommend booking your return flight before 4pm.

ACCOMMODATION:
The first and last nights are planned at the tented camp at the lodge.
The other 5 nights a traveling mobile camp with a field kitchen will be set up. Tasty traditional cuisine cooked on the fire. The collaboration of the participants to assemble / disassemble the field and load the pack horses is always welcome, as well as taking care of your horse.
