Piedmont: horses and wine in Monferrato 2021
If you love nature, horses, good food, and excellent wine, you can’t miss trying the experience of a horseback riding holiday in Monferrato. We will start from the area that is the crossroads between the provinces of Asti and Alessandria; three days of trekking to discover the Unesco heritage areas, a land of world-famous wines such as Barbera and Moscato.

Meeting in the morning at the equestrian center located in Carentino, and after the assignment of the mare, we will leave through the town, to continue to Bergamasco, Castelnuovo Belbo to the town of Incisa Scapaccino, where we will stop for lunch. Gogliardica grilled at the Bigatti farmhouse, and after lunch return to the stable. Dinner at the farmhouse and overnight stay.
Breakfast and departure from the stable passing by Bruno and through the Bosco delle Sorti to reach Mombaruzzo, famous for its soft amaretti. Stop for a packed lunch at a viewpoint along the trail. We will return through Casalotto, Bazzana and stop for a wine tasting at the Iglina di Bruno farm. After the tasting, departure for the stable, dinner, and overnight stay in a farmhouse.
Breakfast and departure from passing through Oviglio, Frascaro, Borgoratto and Gamalero. Lunch and return to the stable crossing Tacconotti and the vineyards of Pico Maccario.

GAIT: 4/5 H PER DAY IN THE SADDLE APPROX. We proceed to the three gaits. The ability of the rider to control the horse in open spaces is required.
MINIMUM AGE: 14 years (accompanied by adults)
TYPE: Equestrian stay with overnight stays in a farmhouse
Overnight at a farmhouse (holiday home) adjacent to the riding school. It has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 double with the possibility of a 3rd bed, a quadruple room with the possibility of a 5th bed) with a shared bathroom. Plus a mini accommodation for 2/4 people with bathroom and kitchen. Equipped with hairdryer, common area with TV, garden.
