Okavango Delta & “BIG 5”
Horse riding trekking at Okavango’s Delta. From the top of a little Cessna, you will see a wildlife landscape. Okavango River opens up into world’s second-largest Delta, after Niger’s Delta. It represents one of the most rare ecosistems of our planet: Okavango River, which born in Angola, after a course of over than 1000 km, it arrives to Kalahari’s sand, spilling 11.000 liters cube of water every year, thus creating a floodplain rich of islands, lagoons and channels. The life in the desert is born this way: a joy of flora and an incredible crowd of animals, called by the amount of water. A breath-taking show, a landscape always different, which changes with the course of the seasons. The last true wild place of Africa, declared World Heritage by UNESCO, and it hosts every year thousands of travelers from all over the world, attracted by its unicity.
