An experience in the savannah cannot be described but only lived… we will cross the territories of Ngasurai, where thousands of animals pass by to go towards the Arusha National Park during the great migration. Suitable for experienced riders who want to experience a safari in a unique area in the world.

Pick-up at the airport and transfer of about 40 minutes to the farm on the slopes of Kilimanjaro, the starting point of our tour. Depending on the arrival time of your flight, you will have time for a short horseback safari in the surrounding area to get familiar. Return for an aperitif at sunset. Dinner and overnight at the farm.
After having breakfast, transfer west from Mount Kilimanjaro to the mobile camp already set up: comfortable tents with en-suite bathroom and large veranda. Our horses are already waiting for us here to leave for the Narco plains.
Wake up very early for a long safari in this wild area, through forests of acacias and euphorbias, in search of elephants, zebras, various types of antelope and buffalo. Lunch on top of a platform in the trees overlooking a pool of water. In the afternoon we will arrive in an area called Mgunga, with life on Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru. Break and departure in 4X4 for a Masai village, where we will learn about the way of life of this tribe. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
We continue past rocky hills and acacia forests, land of elephants and giraffes. In the evening we will arrive before sunset at the next mobile tent camp in the Ngasurai grasslands. In the night you can hear the songs of the Masai in the distance.
We leave very early, today we will travel several kilometers. Break for lunch in the shade of the acacias and then continue in the coolest hours of a good gallop to our next camp where an aperitif awaits you.
Another long day on the saddle will take us to the border with Kenya; the landscape here changes completely and we will pass by Lake Amboseli and its plains that will allow us to gallop without hindrance. We will meet many elephants and we will always be alert to avoid predators. Back at the camp we will leave the horses for a 4X4 safari in search of the felines. Return for sunset, dinner and overnight at the camp.
Breakfast and on the saddle towards Monte Longido. We will stop for lunch and here also the horses that will return so half as well as us towards the farm and the starting point of our tour. But first walking safari in the company of a Masai, who will be able to explain a lot about the local flora and fauna. Return to the farm for dinner.
Breakfast and transfer to Kilimanjaro airport. If you have time, you can visit the animal orphanage, the village of Moshi or decide to take the last horse ride.

EQUIPMENT: Very comfortable TREKKING STYLE SADDLES
HORSES: ANGLO – ARABS, PURE BLOOD, BAVARIAN SADDLE HORSE AND AUSTRALIAN SADDLE HORSE.
GAIT: 4 to 6 H ON THE SADDLE (40 to 60 km per day). The three gaits will be used with long trots and gallops. It is necessary to have absolute mastery of the horse in open spaces and in good physical condition.

Depending on the time of migration, the overnight stay will be in luxurious fixed lodges or mobile tented camps, which better allow you to follow the movements of the animals.
