The Limpopo Region: South Africa & Botswana

Horseback Safari in South Africa and Botswana, to realise your life dream. Explore the limitless savannah and discover Limpopo Region, which stretches north of South Africa and south of Botswana. You will spend 4 night in South Africa and achieve the adventure in Botswana, where the real Africa comes out, a land sometimes rich and sometimes ruthless. You will find out a land made of touchy and thorny vegetation, which offers shelter and food to its inhabitants, who fight everyday for their lives. The Limpopo Valley is name after the omonymum river that runs through it: it borns in South Africa and ends near Xai-Xai’s Port in Mozambico. Its water has a slow ans sandy run, so Limpopo River is often dry, but it can reveal big and unexpected surprises during rain’s season, when everything reborns and creates a new landscape, made of a myriad of flowers.

You will discover an area that locals call Tuli and the Mashatu private Reserve, known thank to its huge baobabs and its enormous rock formations. A mysterious land, where poignant sunsets await you and as the evening falls, the swarming around your tents will make you dream and tremble under the starry sky.
