Trentino: The Brenta Dolomites
Come and immerse yourself in the breathtaking scenery of the Brenta Dolomites, declared “World Heritage” by UNESCO with their fairytale grandeur and their majestic and superb shapes! A fantastic experience for those who love the outdoors, cooking on the fire and sleeping under the stars. Autonomous arrival at Piana di Nambino (possibility of a support note at the refuge) reachable on foot through a path starting from Zangola, where you can leave your car. Your luggage will be transported for free with a cableway. Departure at 9:00 a.m. from Lago di Nambino, the horses' summer base camp. Continuing towards the Pradalago we will arrive at Malga Vigo, from there, with the background of Sasso Rosso on our right a beautiful path will take us above the village of Folgarida and finally we will take a road to descend into the beautiful Val Meledrio, which separates the Presanella group from the Brenta Dolomites, where we will stop for lunch. Once refreshed we will start again and going up the valley we will reach the pastures of Malga Mondifrà and then Campo Carlo Magno and the Piana di Nambino where we will take the path that will lead us to the homonymous lake. Dinner and overnight stay in a refuge.
In the saddle by 8:30 am; once past the town of Madonna di Campiglio a path through the woods will take us to Vallesinella where we will make a short stop to admire the High Waterfalls of the same name, we will start again and descending the valley we will find two more waterfalls until we reach the foot of Val Brenta. From there, through green pastures and trails in the woods we will arrive at Fratè where we will stop for lunch. After lunch, going up the mountain on the opposite side we will reach Malga Ritort where a stop is a must, there a breathtaking view opens on the entire Brenta Group. We will leave towards Patascoss where we will take the path that will bring us back to the enchanted Lake Nambino. Dinner and overnight stay in the refuge.
Departure in the direction of Campo Carlo Magno up to Malga Mondifrà, from there begins the ascent to the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, which between technical paths and green pastures will take us in a wonderful scenery up to the foot of the Grostè Pass where we will stop for lunch at the Graffer Refuge. After eating, we will start again and after a downhill path we will cross the plateau of Spinale, an antiterrace of the Brenta chain that through its green pastures will lead us to the forest road that will take us back to Madonna di Campiglio and then back to Piana di Nambino where we will say goodbye.

HORSES: horses of mixed breeds, rustic and used to mountain trails
PACE: FROM 5 TO 6 H PER DAY IN THE SADDLE. The main pace will be the step due to the mountainous terrain. Some traits can be complex and therefore suitable for riders accustomed to riding outdoors and able to control the horse.
MINIMUM AGE : 14 years (accompanied by an adult)

TYPE : permanent trekking with overnight stays in shelters
ACCOMMODATION:
2 nights at the Lago di Nambino Refuge, located on the shores of Lake Nambino above Madonna di Campiglio.
The refuge is a small hotel nestled in the mountains, very welcoming and well cared for. Excellent home cooking.
