Alberta: the mountains of the West
An amazing adventure spent in the Kananaskis area, close to the scenic Canadian Rockies. in order to have the least possible environmental impact we reserve this fantastic experience for small groups: we do not offer luxury and substitutes for adventures for tourists, but the unspoiled nature of the mountains combined with a beautiful team spirit, breathtaking scenery, good food and the opportunity to learn to live with our horses for a few days immersed in the Canadian scenery.

Upon arrival at Calgary airport we recommend hiring a car (quotation on request) and an approximately one hour self-drive transfer to the Ranch which is located a few miles from the picturesque village of Braag Creek, on the slopes of the rocky mountains (transfer on request). Check-in and welcome dinner.
Breakfast and first encounter with the horses. Today we will take a walk around Whiskey Ridge.
Today we plan to ride around 4 hours west of the village of Braag Creek, where we will then stop for a short tour and some shopping before returning to the ranch.
We will ride to North Fork which is approximately 23 miles southwest of the ranch. There will be incredible scenery on the rocky mountains and especially in September you will cross the forest in its most incredible magnificence.
We will go further into the unspoiled nature of the mountains, and we will reach up to 3000 meters, where the vegetation, now sparse, will give way to rocks.
As the last day and culmination of this adventure we will have an incredible panorama from a point of view at 2100 meters, from which we will observe the hundreds of kilometers of peaks that extend to the east.
After breakfast, departure independently for Calgary airport. Calculate a flight departing around 13.00 for Italy.

ACCOMMODATION:
The ranch is located in one of the most beautiful areas in the world to discover on the saddle! Small structure of 5 simple rooms with two bathrooms shared by guests. Beautiful bonfire area (and smoking area) and relaxation area with party games and music. Homemade cuisine of typical products, lunches will tend to be eaten packed (Diets for celiacs on request with a supplement of usd 55). No alcohol is served, everyone can bring what they want.
Possibility of in-room massages (for a fee), paddle and canoe in summer, skates in winter, in the small lake adjacent to the ranch.
