After breakfast meeting at the Equestrian Center La Bandita for the assignment of the horses. Departure for a full day trekking to Clodia Island, situated at the extreme north of the Diaccia Botrona marsh; in ancient times this small but suggestive relief of land was an island in the middle of Lake Prile and served as a landing place for Etruscan ships, on which Clodio built his villa in the 1st century BC. In the morning in this part of the marsh the colors reach their maximum splendor. We will walk on the beach with lunch set up along the way. Return and dinner at the stables. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Departure for trekking through the Mediterranean maquis towards the Hermitage of San Guglielmo, patron saint of the town. It is a Romanesque church with an 18th century altar. The hermitage is immersed in the vegetation and is linked to the story of San Guglielmo, a noble warrior who converted to Christianity after leading a sinful and dissolute life. Lunch along the way, return in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.
Departure in a northerly direction, towards Le Rocchette, an enchanting beach embellished by fine sand and a cliff of smooth rocks, bathed by a crystal clear sea with shades ranging from green to deep blue.
